*2 prenatal visits
1 to go over past pregnancies, what your ideal birth looks like, creation of birth intentions and space for you to ask any questions. 1-2 hours.
1 home visit to support you in creating your perfect space,birth plan,postpartum plan and any other ways I can support you
*24/7 on call availability for labor between 38-42weeks

During labor I will offer guidance on breath, movement, meditations, techniques to help soothe discomfort, encouragement, hot and cold therapy, offer you nourishment, hold the energetic space for you and your birthing journey, and carry out any comfort requests.
I will offer guidance for your partner, any siblings and/or other family members present on how to support you best.
I will offer to take photos and/ or videos at your request. Just to clarify I am not a professional photographer.
I will stay up to 2 hours post-delivery to offer any support that you may need

She can help you find your path, through a medical obstacle course, or among the wildflowers. A Birthkeeper believes in you and your ability to birth. She believes that birth is sacred.

My story
I began my journey into the birth realm as a Labor and Delivery Surgical Technologist in 2011
I have witnessed hundreds of births ranging from c-section, vaginal both natural and supported by medications.
I have held the hands of women, guiding them through their breath to help aid in discomfort to avoid surgical procedures.
I have looked into the eyes of women and guided them to unearth their strength, the unlimited amount that lives within body of a women.
But it wasn’t until I conceived my 3rd child that I began my own journey back into union with my womb and my foundation of empowerment.
My first child was born through a very traumatic vaginal birth.
Due to this I was then talked into an elective c-section with my second child which then to a second and third c-section.
Had I known what I know now with my first baby things would have been so much different.
The problem was that I didn’t have any knowledgeable support.
I didn’t have anyone to advocate for me.
I didn’t have anyone guiding me through waves of contractions in a way that would be supportive to my body opening for birth.
Within the medical system I was continuously talked in choosing a c-section as my birth story.
Which is completely fine for some and no judgement to those who choose this method.
All births are special and a rite of passage no matter how your baby is brought earthside.
But for me I desired something a birth story that looked completely different.
Since then I have grieved the loss of what was stolen from me and have come to the realization that my journey was written out in this way for a reason.
It was meant for me to journey into the depths of my womb, grieve and reclaim my empowerment so that I may support woman from a deeper-rooted space.
From a space of wisdom and clear understanding of the true power and magic that lives within every single WOMBan.
