The Descent

The medicine of breath lives within us all.

During a breathwork journey you will be guided to descend into the most intimate spaces of your sacred vessel by the way of a conscious connected breath.

With this diaphragmatic breath method, the receiving and offering of breath is methodically practiced in one continuous pattern.

Eliminating the pause between the inhale and exhale.

This breath medicine is received through the nose and released through the mouth.

By inhaling through the nose you are activating the lower portion of the lung which house parasympathetic receptors.

Activating these receptors you are able to sink into the theta brain waves, accessing the subconscious space.

In this space you may unearth stories, emotions, false narratives, imprinting, experiences yours and not. Energies that haven’t been fully processed and that are living within the shadows.

You begin weaving the breath in and through all that comes to the surface.

Artfully and gracefully entering into the unseen by the way of the nose inhale allows for less resistance when nourishing these spaces that are ready to be SEEN, HEARD, FELT and ONLY when ready…. RELEASED!

Breathwork Journey Structure

We begin by dropping into the body by bringing awareness and presence into the now moment.

Moving from a normal breath we begin the conscious connected breath

Slowly and artfully moving the breath throughout the tissues and textures of your sacred vessel.

Building upon this breath guided by myself and the specifically created musical playlist.

Offering space for a peak release.

The crescendo of your journey.

Intuitively observing the body language of the breathers I will, every so gently and slowly guide you to slow the breath.

Bringing you into the integration part of the journey.

Offering you the space to receive the breath medicine and allowing it to solidify within your Sacred Vessel.

Then guiding you into the deep rest of Savasana.

The final aspect of this immersion is the activation of our voice by sitting in circle and sharing your experience if you so choose too.

“Breath is the medicine we have been seeking. Bringing awareness to the breath will shift our focus from external to internal, allowing us to see what is needing to be nourished”
